Liz Evensen is a native of the Michigan’s beautiful Upper Peninsula and currently lives in the Iron Mountain area. During her early school years she lived throughout the Midwest until her family settled back in Michigan to stay.

Liz is a graduate of Escanaba Area High School, Bay de Noc Community College and Northern Michigan University where she received her Bachelor of Science Degree with a minor in Business. While attending NMU she raised a family of three children, worked as an artist & fine art consultant before beginning a real estate career in 1996. In 1999 Liz earned her Associate Brokers license. Working with people is a joy.

Dennis was born and raised in Escanaba, graduated from Holy Name High School when (according to him) there were only 22 letters in the alphabet. He's a graduate of Michigan State University and also served in the U.S. Army.

Dennis was also the former owner of Cliff's Cash Market in Escanaba and the Four Corners Bar. If you were to ask him where heaven is, he'd say it's located on the Whitefish River in the Trenary area.

Jack is a lifelong resident of Gladstone.  He has been a barber for 48 years and a REALTOR for more than 40 years. He is a long standing member of the Gladstone Planning Commission. 

His favorite pastimes are hunting, fishing and being at camp. 

He and his wife, Yvonne, have been married for 47 years. They have 3 children and 8 grandchildren.

Louis Roncaglione grew up in the Lake Michigamme and Ishpeming area of our unique Upper Peninsula. Lou graduated from Ishpeming High School and Michigan Technological University. He followed that with post graduate study in Management and Business Administration at Stritch College and at Michigan Tech; He also earned a Michigan Master Electrician License.

Following college, Lou held a national security clearance while working with an out of state military contractor and traveled frequently to Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) offices in Washington, D.C. to coordinate classified military research and development activities. Lou’s other work experiences include participating in the layout, construction, and start-up of a high tech automated dimensioned lumber mill; contributing as the Technical Services Manager and Product and Process Development Manager for a polyurethane processor; and as the Maintenance Manager for an automotive parts manufacturing company.

Lou’s “off work” interests include the great outdoor recreational opportunities the UP presents, including boating, hunting, fishing, swimming, and snowmobiling. Residing in the Gladstone area, and also maintaining a residence in Ishpeming and recreational property in Michigamme, makes serving clients throughout the UP convenient and gives him a broad, open perspective on regional real estate issues.
